Reece modeled this colorway off is his Betta (Siamese Fighting) Fish, Mr. Tentacles. At first, we discussed how fish can look different depending on the angle in which you look at them because of their scales. This was going to be a challenge in my mind, I mean, which angle do you represent? But, he nailed it on his first try. Matching the shading of teal-blue-purple is not easy, but this colorway is a wonderful representation of his Beta's tropical-aquatic beauty.

Sprout, our signature blend
We start with Domestic (USA) grown wool, from the wool pool, with a particular micron count that gives the yarn a soft handle, yet able to with stand common uses.
The wool is super-washed (or made washable) so you can machine wash it for easier care.
Nylon is blended to aid the wools durability, yet at only 10% (making it usable as a Sock yarn) it seems it's 100% wool.
Combed for full worsted spinning to make it more durable, much less "pokey" fibers, with a thicker feel.
An over-twist on the plying makes splitting difficult and makes the yarn stronger.
