Returns Policy

Returns for online purchases are valid for 30 days from date of receipt.

• If you would like to return an item, please call or email us before shipping an item back (read below first).

We want you to love what you buy from us, but if something isn’t right, please let us know so we might have a chance to fix the problem you are incurring.

Return Instructions:

Read the bullet points below - just so we are on the same page.

  1. Contact us - Tell us what the problem is. We'll need your purchase information, name and order number should be all.
  2. Ship to us within 1 week of contact.
  3. Returns must be in condition for resale, or will be denied refund or exchange. Seriously, ship carefully, it's your responsibility until we receive the item back.


If we mistakenly sent you the wrong item:

  • We will pay for the item to be shipped back to us, or we may offer it to you at a discount.
  • We will pay for the correct item to be shipped to you.


If you mistakenly bought the wrong item:

  • You can ship it back to us to exchange for an equally priced item, or for a refund.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost on items reshipped to you, even if it was free shipping originally.


For a refund or exchange, you must return your items in the condition they were purchased, able to be restocked. (no smells, no pet hair, in the original hank form... untwisted skeins are ok)

• If there is something unacceptable about your purchase (i.e. a product flaw), let us know and we will work with you.

• Returned products for refund will be processed within 3 business days, once we inspect and approve for restocking.

• Refunds can only be applied to the credit card you paid with, if that is not possible an exchange will be necessary.

• Purchases made using Gift Cards will only be available for exchange. 

• Gift Cards are non-refundable.

• Purchases made in yarn shops are to be coordinated with that yarn shop unless there is a flaw in the product - If so, please call or email us directly ASAP.
