As Reece was learning about the Boston Tea Party, it inspired this colorway.
The Boston Tea Party was a political protest in 1773, where American colonists dumped 342 chests of British East India Company tea into Boston Harbor. Organized by the Sons of Liberty, it protested the Tea Act and "taxation without representation," directly sparking the American Revolution. A pivotal moment of action in pursuance of American independence.
A Kaleidoscope of red, light-gray, and blue with a Midnight Blue pour over as a patriotic dark of night theme.

No, your not being too much, we dye yarn everyday. Plus, if we are low, we may need to make it anyway.
We do keep track of dye lots here. Being aware of the importance for you to have continuity within your piece, we make every effort to pull the same dye lot on orders of multiple skeins of the same colorway; however, we are unable to guarantee all skeins are in the same dye lot. If that happens to be the situation, we'll contact you for your approval before we ship.
If you require or prefer the yarn to be the same dye lot, please notate that in your order. There may be a delay in shipping for the yarn to be dyed.
FYI - Sprout Sock is dyed in 4 skeins to a lot. We often dye multiple batches of the same lot to keep them as similar as possible.
