Made in remembrance of my old Lisa Frank diary... She made artwork featuring rainbow & Neon colors, stylizing depictions of animals (like dolphins). Made popular with middle school aged girls in the 90's on school supplies like lunchboxes and trapper keepers.
Dyed on our Sprout base in Sock/Fingering weight.

Sprout, our signature blend
We start with Domestic (USA) grown wool, from the wool pool, with a particular micron count that gives the yarn a soft handle, yet able to with stand common uses.
The wool is super-washed (or made washable) so you can machine wash it for easier care.
Nylon is blended to aid the wools durability, yet at only 10% (making it usable as a Sock yarn) it seems it's 100% wool.
Combed for full worsted spinning to make it more durable, much less "pokey" fibers, with a thicker feel.
An over-twist on the plying makes splitting difficult and makes the yarn stronger.
